How to prepare simple, easy and delicious soup
First, grate onion, potato, tomato and carrot with a grater or food processor. Then, put them in a pot and mix with 8 glasses of water. Add a little salt, pepper and turmeric. If you like, you can add any kind of spice you prefer.

You can also add 3 tablespoons of oatmeal to the soup. Put the pot on gas and medium heat until the soup boils. Now, you can add a cup of chicken broth or vegetables broth as you like. Leave the pot on medium to low heat for one hour.

When our soup is cooked enough, set it aside from the open gas to cool down a bit. First, mix the soup mixture with an electric mixer until it is smooth and uniform. Put the soup on medium heat again. Now you can add some chopped fresh or dried parsley and ½ cup of vermicelli to the soup. After 10 to 15 minutes, the soup is ready. It tastes great with fresh lemon juice.
